1. Children of members of teaching/non-teaching confirmed staff who have completed at least one
year service in ASF Public School excluding the observation period will pay the fees of their
children as per rates fixed for children of ASF Personnel.

The ACRs are designed for two separate and distinct categories of staff namely:-                                        
               
                            (1) Academic   (2) Non-Academic

1. The work performance and conduct of each employee will be assessed on the basis of annual
confidential report (ACR).

2. ACRs of all employees will be submitted to the President on the prescribed forms by the
Principal for faculty and for Admin staff by the I/C Admin.

3. Such assessment will be made by the Principal for teaching staff and I/C admin for domestic /

Scholarship will be awarded to those students (Civil & ASF) who secured 1st & 2nd Position in their respective classes as per following detail:
An employee will be promoted subject to vacancy, suitability and merit as judged by the
management. No employee will be entitled for promotion on the basis of his/her seniority alone An
employee will be considered for promotion keeping in view the following criteria:-

1. Minimum three good ACRs.

2. No adverse remarks at his / her credit.

3. Good academic result and five appreciation letters during last two years.
