The ACRs are designed for two separate and distinct categories of staff namely:-
(1) Academic (2) Non-Academic
1. The work performance and conduct of each employee will be assessed on the basis of annual
confidential report (ACR).
2. ACRs of all employees will be submitted to the President on the prescribed forms by the
Principal for faculty and for Admin staff by the I/C Admin.
3. Such assessment will be made by the Principal for teaching staff and I/C admin for domestic /
Admin staff each year at the end of the session.he President/Chairman for information.
